Hey Everyone,

Hope you all had a good time at Headland and a Safe Trip home. As you all know finals is just around the corner and I know that you all are practicing hard. If any of you are interested in running for a Student Director event or office be sure to let us know so we can put your name on the ballots.

Just a few reminders REMEMBER that GRADES are due to me after you receive them. If you do not get your grades before the cut off date be sure to bring me a letter from your school or a copy of the grades to Check in at Andalusia. NO GRADES, NO RODEO!!

All Packets must be postmarked by May 19th, NO Exceptions, if the packet is not postmarked by that date you CANNOT rodeo!! So please be sure to get your packets in ASAP. Also, if your packets are postmarked after the May 9th date a late fee of $25 per event will be due. You have to pay the late fees or you will not be able to Rodeo.  

Cutting Finals Packets are due by May 15, 2008, if packet is not received by this date you cannot participate in the cutting finals.

Remember about the MANDATORY contestant meeting Wednesday afternoon at the Kiwanis building, if for some reason you will not be able to attend, please give me a call at 251 979-1305.
