If you have not already sent your Finals Packet, time is running out.  It MUST be postmarked BY Wednesday, May 22nd in order to compete.  Any received postmarked past the 22nd will not be entered. Also, if you still owe for Ads or the original two Drawdown tickts, that must be paid by the 22nd as well. You are not eligible until all fees/fines are paid. At our Annual Board Meeting, there will be some discussion of possible changes in the By-Laws in reference to Adult and Student Officer requirements and responsibilities.

SENIORS!! - You must get your pictures to Mrs. Jackie Stokes BY May 20th (next Monday) in order to be included in the Senior Slide Show. PLEASE get them in to her ON TIME so as to not make this more difficult. Remember, we all have jobs and these are volunteer positions.  If you have questions, you can either facebook, email, or call her at 251-253-0306. If she doesn't answer, please leave a message. If you are interested in running for one of the Student Officer positions, you will need to fill out a Student Officer Application.  The link for the application is in the section above.  This form is to be returned to Carmen Baty by May 27th.  It can either be emailed to carmen.lashell@hotmail.com or faxed to 850-479-1352.  Thank you.

The Newsletter for the 2nd Annual AHSRA Alumni Rodeo is posted above in the Draw/Newsletter section.  Entry fees are $60 with a 50% payout.  Please note we will have an Alumni Dinner following the rodeo.  You can contact Michelle Murphy at 1-251-942-8959 with any questions.  We also have several Drawdown Raffle tickets left.  If you would like to buy a ticket(s) for a chance at $10,000, please let us know or you can email Mrs. Bess Gardner at egardner@bcbe.org.  Thank you!!!

If you would like to compete in the Shooting Contest at Finals, you will need to WRITE it in at the bottom of the Events list and include an additional $40 for Entry Fee.

 Seniors - Mrs. Jackie has graciously consented to do our Senior slide show.  She needs each of you to send her the following:  1 baby picture, 1 senior picture (either cap/gown or formal), and 4-5 rodeo related pictures of you at ages in between.  You can bring them to Marianna or email them to her at callinsecretary@gmail.com.  Please do not wait until the last minute to submit these pictures. She needs you to have this to her by May 20th.  Thank you.

We still have some Drawdown tickets that need to be sold.  If you can sell 1, 2, 5 (or more), it sure would help.  We had a few people this weekend that took extras and we appreciate their efforts.  Any unsold can be returned.  If you would commit to "try" and sell extras, please email Mrs. Bess at egardner@bcbe.org. Thanks!

Be Advised!!! Contestants will NO Longer be allowed to wear clothing (jeans or shirts) with holes in them due to SAFETY concerns.  Parents, remind your kids and please remind each other of this rule change.  You will be disqualified if you are seen wearing clothing with holes. This includes areas that are worn thin and clothing that was intentionally made that way. 

Contestants - Please, please, please make a special effort to KEEP YOUR HAT ON your head while competing.  It would be most appreciated by our "underpaid, overworked arena volunteers" as well as saving time.
